Right of Withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your declaration of withdrawal.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (§ 312g (2) Nr. 3 BGB). Final exceptions for opened sachets and consumed product will be confirmed ahead of commercial launch [pending legal review].
