Destinations
Pilot shipping covers Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France and Luxembourg.
Additional EU destinations and UK shipping are planned in subsequent waves.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Fees & free shipping
Indicative standard shipping starts at €4.90. Free shipping applies above €60 within the pilot zone.

Customs & duties
All pilot destinations are within the EU customs union — no additional duties apply.
Tracking
You receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking link once your parcel is collected by the carrier.
Returns
Unopened cartons can be returned within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law. See our withdrawal policy for the full procedure and model form. Opened sachets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the carrier event and we will replace the affected items at no charge.
